The Lord set me free

The Lord set me free from those who were determined to trouble me
My mother-in-law was suddenly brought into my matrimonial home three weeks ago with the consent of all her children
They knew she was a difficult woman
None of them volunteered to accommodate her, but they somehow managed to mention my house, and the next thing I saw was her arrival in my house
I had no option but to stomach it
I am a Pastor’s wife, after all, and my husband is a man who sees every available trial as an opportunity to serve the Lord and suffer for Him in Spirit and in truth
Anyway, I presented the case to the Lord in prayer
Mama is an attention-seeking person, and I was not going to validate her needs to my detriment
Last Thursday, an Uber arrived at our house
Without a word, mama got into it and went to her last daughter’s house all by herself
When she was asked why she didn’t stay with me, mama said, “Ko L’emi,” which means “She didn’t have the strength for my troubles.”
I thank God for this breakthrough

I love and respect mama but in truth, i don’t have the strength for trouble and God kept trouble out of my way
