Own a bakery!

I was working at a Bakery till last week Monday
The bakery got burnt down on my day off
I still can’t say exactly how that happened
On Wednesday, after the prophetic service, I read the testimony of a man who said he owned bakeries in New York and restaurants
The man was living my dream
I prayed that day that God would please give me my own bakery
I was so tired of working for others, especially because I love the job and I have a strong passion for bakery
I also have unique ideas and recipes that I want to start dishing out under my own brand
I had 12,200 dollars in savings
The funds coming in apart from that were to meet my daily needs
I decided to take a step of faith on Monday, especially after listening to 30 minutes with GSW on why Prophesies fail
I do not want the word of God over my life to fail
I saw a bakery for sale
I called the listed number and got to speak with the owner
I told him my plan and how much I had saved
He said I should come and see him immediately
When I got to the bakery, he handed me the keys
He said I should talk to his lawyers on my terms
He wants to keep the property in the family but he is leasing the bakery to me for $1 a year as long as I keep it open as a bakery
He said none of his children are bakers but one of his grandchildren may choose to go into baking one day and for that reason, he wants to keep the bakery open
But I have the free hand to use the place, revamp, update, convert, even change the name if I want to
Wow!
This is more than an answered prayer for me, sir!
Not only that, when I shared this testimony with some friends, they were led to contribute and also invest in my business
As of today, I have 50,000 dollars in total apart from my savings
10,000 dollars was a contribution, while 40,000 was an investment from a friend, All within six days
The official rebranding of the bakery will be in June
