It came and it came better than I have imagined

Something significant happened in my office this morning brother Gbenga
I went to the office with my resignation latter because the position I had prepared for and assumed I would be promoted to was given to another colleague just last week
I know I was better qualified for the position and I felt it was a form of injustice to promote this guy over me
I mean, it was not as if he was a total dunce but he should not be made the manager of our Abuja office while I sit on my hands here in Lagos
I prayed about it and the Lord said to me “The better is yours”
I couldn’t understand what that meant because there was no better than that in the offing
I have been a glorious staff for the last five years and without a promotion I know i will become stagnated and feel redundant
Anyway, I got in this week and I got a letter from the headquarters
I will be heading our UK operations henceforth
Wow!
