Hagar: Speak It Into Existence

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10).

Perhaps you’re often described as a cool and calm person, very quiet. But when it comes to speaking or releasing the Word—using it against the adversary and adversities—be wild. Refuse to be cool and calm. It brings to mind the third of the three levels of meditation that the Bible talks about: “roaring!” The Hebrew word is “Hagar.”

Hagar means roaring or shouting the Word. In putting the Word of God to work, be on the offensive. When sickness tries to attack you or your loved ones, get wild in your affirmation of the Word. Don’t stop until the Word you speak prevails over that situation, because it’ll surely prevail!

The Bible says, “So mightily grew the Word of God and prevailed” (Acts 19:20). As you speak the Word, it’ll keep growing; the necessary result, therefore, will be for it to prevail. So, use the Word to deal with any situation, irrespective of how dire or grave the situation is.

Every so often, declare, “I’m born again; I have the life of God in me. I refuse to accommodate sickness or infirmities in my body. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; therefore, it’s perfected in Christ Jesus. I live in health.” Talk like this every day, because the power is released when you speak.

The power doesn’t work just because you know it or believe it. The principle is that you must SAY it for it to work.
Your mouth isn’t just for communicating and eating; those are the lesser functions of the mouth. The primary function of your mouth is to frame your life aright.

The Prophet said, “Take with you words…” (Hosea 14:2); not just any words but God’s Word. The Word of God in your mouth is a creative force; use it to change circumstances and make your life excellent, from glory to glory. Hallelujah!

Meditation is one of the most powerful principles in the Word of God. It’s the spiritual process that causes the Word to move from your mind into your spirit, where it becomes a living force. Through meditation, the Word moves from information to revelation and from revelation to manifestation. Your life becomes the living epitome of the Word.

Meditating on the Word goes beyond merely thinking the Word in your mind; it involves muttering, talking under your breath until it dominates your consciousness. This is an important key to permanent and undeniable success, as read in our opening scripture.

From muttering the Word in meditation, you’re to graduate to the third and higher level of meditation, which is to shout or roar (Hebrews—Hagah). You constantly *”roar”* the Word in victory and celebration. It produces boldness, faith, and insight. These and more are the benefits of meditation. It aligns your thoughts with God’s thoughts and synchronises your words with His will.

The more you meditate, the more the Word dominates your senses, emotions and circumstances. Soon, you see and speak as God does, and the impossible becomes possible. Don’t allow a day to pass without meditating on the Word. Set time apart to ponder the Scriptures, speak them aloud, and visualise their fulfilment in your life. As you do, the Word will energise your spirit and produce in and for you what it talks about.
Hallelujah!

Hebrews 11:3 AMPC “By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.”

Do you know the potentials and abilities of God’s Word on your lips are limitless? The power of God you release when you speak His Word is so potent that it influences whatever it’s focused on. Genesis 1 shows us just how efficacious the spoken Word of God can be. Recall that the Earth was a chaotic mass. But after the Holy Spirit incubated upon it, God gave the Word, and everything He spoke leapt into being. This is the same ability He’s given us; the ability to speak whatever we want into existence!

Just like God, you can call forth good things into existence from absolutely nothing! The vital key to this, however, is meditation. Just as the Holy Spirit brooded (hovered, fluttered) upon the earth’s chaotic mass, when there’s a situation you want to change, take time to meditate on God’s Word. During that meditation, there’ll arise within you inspired words that’ll cause the change(s) that you desire.

It doesn’t matter how precarious the situation might appear. Hosea 14:2 says, “Take with you words….” What do you want in your life? The Bible says that without the Word was not anything made that was made! So, what do you want to “make”? Don’t cry about the situation; don’t gripe over the pain! The question is, what do you want to see? What do you want to create out of that precarious situation? The Bible says God commanded light to shine out of darkness. Don’t focus on the problem; focus on what you want and speak it forth.

Through meditation, your spirit will be conditioned to the influence and atmosphere of the Holy Ghost for whatever the Spirit’s plan is for your life at a particular point in time. Giving yourself to meditation is to let the Holy Ghost, I’m not talking about mere rumination on the word, that’s not what I’m talking about, I’m not talking about you quoting some scripture.

I am talking about meditating on scripture, that is another type of meditation, and that is important, you meditate on the word; that is very vital. What I am talking about right now is not the meditation on the word, it is the meditation on the Spirit.

Remember this, we are born of the word of God, and we are born of the Spirit of God, that’s what the bible says. He said we are born of the word, and we are born of the Spirit. Who are we born of? The Word and Spirit? Because you see the word without the Spirit will not work, the Spirit without the word will not work, because the Spirit is the Spirit of God and the word is the word of God.

The Word of God became flesh and dwelt among us; without the Spirit, He couldn’t do what he was sent to do. So we are born of the word through the Spirit, and we are born of the Spirit through the word. The word is important in your life, and the Spirit is important in your life; so meditation on the word is one thing it is the one many Pastors know about, not many know about the mediation on the Spirit.

This is the one I am bringing to your understanding now, the meditation on the Spirit. Recognize that you have to meditate on the Spirit. When you meditate on the Spirit, He will transport you; that is where you have the realms of visions and revelations when you meditate on the Spirit.
You see, meditation on the Spirit is actually communion of the Spirit; you set your heart on Him. He said “…… My son give me your heart and let your eyes observe my ways.”

When you meditate on the Spirit, He starts taking you, He starts showing you things. He says, “…. I do what I see my father do.” How? By vision, He knows what His father is doing, He does what His father does. And who is this father? The Holy Spirit. So if you will meditate on the Holy Spirit, He will show you.

Don’t say, “I have cancer” or “I have diabetes”; it’s not about what “you have”; it’s what you want in place of that cancer or diabetes. You’re created in His image and in His likeness, with His ability in your spirit, and His Word in your mouth. Speak and create what you want. As a child of God, you get to call the shots in your life. Whatever it is you want, speak it into existence!
