The word of God didn’t fail

The word of God didn’t fail

I bless the Lord for success in my endeavours in this new country where he has planted me. I left Nigeria with barely enough to care for myself. It took months to raise the funds for my ticket, and I didn’t know how I would pay the balance of my school fees after getting to Canada. At the time, faith failed me, and I fell into depression. Before I decided to venture into this journey, everyone encouraged me to try out this option, but after I got the visa, they deserted me. All I got were excuses. I reached out to Brother Gbenga on Twitter, and he took me in like a big brother. He made sure I got here and was established. He told me to be confident in my own future and to come to this land where goodness will be waiting for me. Everything he said to me has come to pass. I arrived and got help right from the airport. The first supermarket I walked into to get some groceries led to my reacquaintance with an old schoolmate who i didn’t even remember but who remembered me. He helped me tremendously. His family took me in like a son and supported me with funds, which they loaned to me and asked me to pay back when I started working. They are also actively working on my employment and other good things. The word of God didn’t fail. He sent me help, and goodness went ahead of me. Praise God
