Women often suffer the most at the hands of fake pastors, prophets, and the like
The level at which they suffer is usually proportionate to the level of influence they have on the men in their lives.
If the woman is a wife, with a man who has a serious ego, she would often be saved from the fake prophet early because of the fear of her husband
If, however, she is a wife with a will of her own who has very little regard for her husband, she will be misled for a long time, and she might end up dragging her husband into the lair of the fake prophet with her for a while.
Men have this thing about fake prophets; it is either that they know he is fake and are deliberately acting as his accomplices because of what they would gain from associating with him, or they suspect he is fake but were following him out of curiosity or out of desperation.
Most men know when the leadership of another man is not the right kind of leadership that would give them the freedom they desire to have in this life.
The reason women are easily misled is that they are conditioned by nature to be led.
Self-leadership leaves most women feeling inadequate
Was it not boldly written in the book of Genesis 3:16 that she will long for her husband and he will rule over her?
Where there is no husband, the woman becomes a free entity, driven by her desire to be loved, accepted, own a home of her own, and settle into a life of constant predictability rather than the unpredictable chaos of being single, rudderless, and just coasting along until something like a marriage proposal, a job opportunity, a travelling opportunity or something like that happens for her.
She knows she must wait; she has to wait until destiny comes knocking.
For the man, it is the other way around.
He must make something of himself and his life early.
Men who wait like women end up not fulfilling destiny or living only to see a fraction of their pursuits in life come to fulfilment.
If women wait to be found and men also wait to be found, then nobody will be found.
A woman must wait for destiny, while a man must find and pursue destiny.
It is always in the process of waiting that the woman gets deceived by fake prophets and ministers.
Waiting is tough, especially when you don’t really know what you are waiting for.
While waiting, someone might come to you bearing prophecies or news or dreams or divination or information that you believe might bring clarity to your journey and show you a clear picture of what you are waiting for.
Sometimes the prophecy is accurate, and sometimes the prophecy leads to several efforts in futility.
The worst of all is if the prophecy leads to financial, sexual, emotional, and psychological exploitation.
This is why John 3:16 was given to all believers in the Bible. Women were told in Genesis 3:16 that their desire will be for their HUSBANDS and That The Husband will RULE over her.
John 3:16 reveals the Husband as the Lord Jesus, and His rulership over the woman, if accepted, will save her from deception.
It will bring her into a place of knowledge, a world of possibilities, and give her an anchor that would hold in the face of the fiercest winds.
Please note that in this, I didn’t mention any human being.
A man of God or a Woman of God, a prophet, Pastor, Apostle, Bishop, Brother, Reverend, an alfa, and any other title vested in any material human being is not the right anchor for anybody’s faith.
The individual must first meet Christ, learn Christ, know Christ, and be filled with Christ. This is the cure for spiritual deception for every woman and every man.
From the moment you know Jesus for yourself, there is nothing anybody in this world can offer to sell to you or do for you or claim that God said they should sell to you that can ever work on you because you have known the truth and you can no longer be bound by sin or fear of the unknown or fear of offending God.
You know full well that you are accepted in the beloved and loved beyond deception.
Once that trepidation and anxiety that comes with waiting has been sorted, the rest that comes with knowing Jesus and the knowledge that comes from the Holy Spirit make it easy for the woman to know what to look for in the man who will come to find her.
Unlike when she didn’t have Christ and couldn’t really come up with a definite picture of what would be perfect for her, things have changed.
Christ bestows a sense of worth and value that makes a woman know with certainty what her future holds and how to get there.
When I get messages from those who have been victims of fake prophets, pastors, apostles, and the like, and I see what they had been made to go through in the name of pleasing the “man or woman” so that they will not displease God or offend God, there is always one constant truth.
The women do not know God for themselves.
If they knew God for themselves, they would have laughed the fake prophet or pastor to scorn and walked away from such without a second thought.
We must endeavour to reveal Christ early and deliberately to our young men and ladies.
Christ, not religion or a pastor or a prophet or an apostle.
Christ!
It will save them from many pitfalls and false beliefs and preserve them from being so easily deceived by those who claim to be of God but are of self and the devil.
