- The Lord said the Month of September is the month of new inspiration for the spiritual.
- Knowledge shall be increased, and the watchers shall surf the wave of this new reality.
- Creative miracles of diverse kinds will break out within the church like the waves of the sea.
- Those who have previously failed at tasks or projects are given the go-ahead to do the same projects again.
- There will be mass clearing off of debts and profits from every side as regards to businesses and ventures embarked on with Godly principles.
- The Lord said I will be your voice in far-off places. I will make your voice the voice in places of decision-making.
- The Lord said, “September is the month of ascension for many who have been locked for a long time in the season of preparation.
If you fall into the category listed below, and you have been in that stage for a long time, the affirmation of your ascension was spoken forth by the angel of his Presence.
- There is pruning
Jesus said this in John 15:1-2: “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes that it may bear more fruit.”
Here is how I have recently come to define pruning: a process of purification and preparation. Pruning is not fun; but the end result is greater fruitfulness in God’s kingdom. If we submit to God’s process of pruning, we will come out on the other side ready to produce fruit.
It is important to understand that pruning is not punishment, it is preparation. The season of pruning actually indicates the capacity for greater fruitfulness.
- There is Testing
Part of this pruning process is testing. Character is tested. Impurities in motive are brought to the surface. We are tested to see if we will be faithful with little things.
Paul admonished that those who take on leadership positions must not be “a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he falls into the same condemnation as the devil” (1 Timothy 3:6). Then he says that those who aspire to be deacons must “first be tested” (1 Timothy 3:10). As God brings us through a refining process, He is bringing us to the place where we can handle promotion. If we are promoted prematurely, pride may set in and cause us to fall.
- You are “hidden”
The preparation process involves waiting. John the Baptist waited in the wilderness “until the day of his manifestation to Israel.” Joseph waited in prison, hidden away from society. Abraham waited 13 years for his promise from God to come to pass.
Though we are not in a literal wilderness, it is as if God hides us. We have true gifts, but they are undiscovered by many. We have a true calling, but we are not received by the church. We have a sense of vision, but we are waiting for it to come to fruition.
- Your influence is limited
During a season of preparation, you may have influence, but it is limited.
David was called to be king—the most influential person in Israel. The prophet Samuel anointed him and declared that he was God’s choice for the next ruler of Israel.
After this he was launched into difficult season of preparation. King Saul became obsessed with trying to kill David, and so he was often on the run and in hiding. During this time a group of 400 men gathered to him, and he became their leader. His influence was real, but it was limited to a much smaller number than he would influence when he became king.
- Your gifts are restricted
In the season of preparation your gifts begin to emerge. But they are limited by your circumstances, environment, and sometimes those above you in leadership. It is normal during this time to be in a situation that is not ideal for your gifts to function.
Joseph’s gifts were real while he was in Potiphar’s house as a slave, and while he was in prison. But they were restricted by his environment. One of the reasons for this dynamic is that in a season of preparation God is often doing more in you than through you.
We cannot control the seasons. We cannot make the season of preparation end by our own will or desire. But we can cooperate with God in each season and trust Him to faithfully bring us to the next!

Flying High on the Wings of His Power
I affirm that I am an answer from God.
I am now a new creation, a wind according to the designation of the Holy Spirit.
I am imbued with the life and the nature of God.
I am a brand-new man, the kind and specie of which never existed before.
I am living the supernatural life naturally and flying high on the wings of the Spirit.
I am blessed and highly favored of the Lord.
My days on earth are full of Joy, grace, pleasure, beauty and glory.
I am from the government of heaven.
I was born right in God’s presence, where there is fullness of joy.
I dwell with Christ Jesus at His right hand, where there is endless pleasure.
My tomorrow is full of joy because my life has been mapped out by God.
The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; I have a goodly heritage.
I am invigorated with divine might and ability in my spirit for the supernatural.
Where I was once weak, Christ has become my strength.
Where I was once slow, Christ has become my speed.
Where I was once without strength, Jesus died for me, and His Spirit became my strength.
I fly upon the winds of the Spirit by the Wings of His power.
The joy of the Lord is my strength.
I am empowered to do the impossible because the greater One lives inside of me,
I grow stronger by the day in my physical body and my spiritual abilities.
I am a master of elements, time, season, circumstances, and situations in this life.
I am expressing the glory of the Holy Spirit as I soar in grace and power.
I grow stronger by the day, like a cedar in Lebanon, and I flourish like the palm tree.
I am productive, and my influence is spreading everywhere.
My wings are full of eyes, bringing me wisdom, knowledge, understanding,
sight and information from every sphere of influence and dominion in every realm.
I increase on all sides by the power of the Spirit and of my increase, progress, and
prosperity, there is no end.
I have been chosen and ordained by God to be productive in every aspect of my life.
The issues and circumstances of life bow before me because I function on God’s terms.
I reason with the mind of Christ.
My outlook on life is from the perspective of the Word of God.
I have the mindset of the righteous.
I am a victor in Christ Jesus forever.
I affirm that the anointing of God’s Spirit is at work in me.
I’m a carrier of God’s grace, power, and glory.
I’m His extension today, and through me,
He carries out His divine purpose in this world to touch, bless, heal, uplift, strengthen,
and inspire others.
God’s label is on me, for I am His workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works.
Like never before, I’m spreading the fragrance of Christ to my world, so that men
may partake of His grace, and be blessed by the gifts and power of the
Holy Spirit in me.
I am a custodian of divine verities; I am led in the path of truth, for the wisdom of God is at work in me.
I abhor falsehood, and I am firmly established in God’s Word which makes righteousness manifest in my spirit. Hallelujah.
I walk worthy of Him unto all pleasing, fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God’s Word.
I am far removed from the arena of assumption, far removed from the corruptive influences of this world.
I am seated together with Christ in the place of power; far above all principalities, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come.
I live in dominion over sin, sickness and infirmities, and every opposing force, accusation, or hindrance. Hallelujah.
I am one with the father. The Lord has sent His angels before me to minister for me daily!
As I affirm the Word, they’re dispatched to establish the words of my mouth and ensure that the words that I speak do not come back to me void.
I am never alone because the host of heaven is with me always! Glory to God
