Five Habits of Weak Men

But what makes a weak man? Drugs? Alcohol? Shyness?

Here’s a list you probably wouldn’t expect. It comes from a list of “entrepreneurs” who state that the bad habits we begin making from an early age end up sticking with us through adulthood, resulting in a life of trouble.

1- Says something to you but denies it the next minute if he perceives the information would cause you some trouble or claims the glory if the information brings you some good fortune

2- Poor Time Management

The first one on the list can coincide with this one as a perfect example.

Are you due for an appointment in half an hour, but end up late because you prioritised other habits in place of getting ready?

Examples of poor time management can be: Not setting goals, failing to follow a to-do list, scheduling poorly, allowing distractions, tendency to multitask, and procrastination.

3- No Discipline

Examples of no discipline (a lack of self-discipline) include chronic procrastination, erratic sleep schedules, inability to manage time, and poor health habits like unhealthy eating.

It often manifests as consistently missing deadlines, overspending time on entertainment, and relying on willpower rather than structured habits, resulting in low productivity.

4- Cannot Control Emotions

Not controlling emotions, often known as emotional dysregulation, involves reacting with intense, disproportionate emotions or behaviors that are hard to manage.

Examples include frequent outbursts (screaming, slamming doors), impulsive actions like quitting jobs or overspending, constant irritability, and shutting down or withdrawing.

5- Spends More Money Than He Makes

The most ridiculous of the adult irresponsibilities.

Think of credit cards, for example. Responsible account holders have said that you should be able to always pay off the entire statement balance as the bill comes.

Never pay minimum payments, and never be late.

It’s even been said that you shouldn’t even have a credit card if you don’t practice these two spending habits.

Approximately 77% to 80% of American households hold some form of debt, ranging from mortgages to credit card balances.

Only about 23% of Americans are completely debt-free. Major debt types include mortgage debt (roughly 42% of households), credit cards (45%–50% of cardholders), auto loans, and student loans.

So…

Sick of yourself yet? These are all things that can be fixed. Of course, your health is most important. Most people don’t prioritize their health until something bad occurs. Don’t be those people.

Keeping your priorities straight will bring you both mental and physical health.

Some feel that their priorities are to get married, while others want to be debt-free first.

Others feel that they want to become a parent, while some would like to finish school first.

It’s all subjective and different for every person in every walk of life.

In my opinion, every person’s priority should be to find themselves first. Travel, learn, educate yourself, and find your history. Without any of that, how can you be a parent? How can you marry someone? How can you do anything if you don’t understand yourself?

Like I said, opinion.
