The other testimony concerns this exam. It was the penultimate stage of my professional HR exams (CIPM). Well, I took the last stage last month and the results came out and I was successful.

What made this one remarkable is the fact that I couldn’t put it down to preparedness. I did what I had to, but people who were better prepared by far (by how well they were breezing the past questions as we studied) and those who even facilitated our courses – they kept failing one or two courses, some even the very courses they facilitated.

When I saw my results I whistled with delight against the backdrop of failures from my perceived betters. I am due for induction in November. GLOOOOORYYYYYY!!!
