My late husband properties handed over to me

During the prophetic service this morning, I heard my name being called clearly by the Holy Spirit and this was followed by the instruction to reach out to my late husband’s lawyer and ask him when he would hand over my husband’s properties to me.
Now, I didn’t know if my husband had properties with him or not. Since my husband died he has been of great help in settling debts and all legal and hospital bills.
I asked the question and he said “The files have been prepared, you can come in anytime today to pick them up and you will also be taken to the three sites at any time of your choosing to inspect the properties and take them over formally”
I almost fainted
