stopped having panic attacks and heart palpitations

I want to bless the Lord for helping me to forgive someone who wronged me gravely over thirteen years ago
I have listened to sermons and repeated the words of forgiveness several times but the words were never real and I hated the men more and more everyday for the evil he did to me
He snatched my wife and my two children while i was working as his driver
He did so without any fear or consideration for me at the time
I tried to move on but I could not
I was feeding off the hatred daily as I struggled to make something of myself
Hating him was the reason i had not committed suicide or given up on life
I just wanted him to know that I am somebody and i can get even
During the last Word and Tongues Fest, I began to weep before the Lord on Friday and by Saturday I was totally done with the hatred
Even my wife and my children felt the change
I bless God for this
I was also able to speak to my children without any bitterness when i called them that same day
God has really worked on my heart
I stopped having panic attacks and heart palpitations, my blood pressure has also been on an all-time normal since that day
I really give God all the glory!
