Glory!!! God has settled it, just as you said. We were in a protracted case, with a client of ours, since 2016, who claimed we breached on a contract, when we never did, and claimed that we should repay every dime that was given to us on the contract that we had gone far in, plus damages. And he took us to the High Court to effect that, And sort the services of one of Nigeria’s biggest law firms to prosecute
His case, When he realized that the court case wasn’t going his way, he bribed the judge, who then awarded him victory in the case in 2021, and awarded him a judgment that was worth nearly 3 times the total contract value in his favor. We took the case to The Court of Appeal and the verdict came out today. And to God be the glory, the judges upturned the judgment from the high courts, stating that he was the one who was in breach and Awarded us victory, and dropped all charges on the case. We are over joyed and we give God all the praise. Thank you Father
