As Told To Say: October Is the Month Of Intentional Seeding
-It shall be a month of new beginnings for many, says the Holy Spirit
-I will visit the waiting mothers with supernatural babies, says the Lord
-A lot of believers who have been far away from the truth shall return
-Packaged lies and Liars shall be exposed
-There shall be rest and ease all around you
-Tell the Wingless, it is their turn to fly
– Long-standing court cases and other legal cases shall be resolved in your favor
-I have increased your capacity a hundredfold and your harvest a thousand-fold
-This month, the Lord says, be deliberate in seeding your life with words of power
-The yoke of choking obligations on your neck is broken this month
-It shall be a month of manifold blessings
-The understanding of many shall be enlightened to work with ministering Spirits and angels by the Spirit
-The Request for extension and enlargement of territories shall be granted
-Seed has been given to the Sowers and their harvest is in their mouths
CONSCIOUSLY SOW THE WORD IN YOU AND ALL YOUR ENDEAVOURS
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever (1 Peter 1:23).
The Bible declares that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin. That’s significant because the life of a human being comes from the man, and not from the woman. Howbeit, the body of a human being comes from the woman. It’s therefore something extraordinary for Jesus to be born of a virgin. Where did His life come from? It came from the Word.
The angel brought words from God to the Virgin Mary (Luke 1:35). Mary believed and received the Word (the see of God), and the Holy Spirit came upon her to conceive the child without the agency of the seed of man. The Word of God is the seed of God (Luke 8:11); that’s the seed of divine life, just as the life of an orange tree is in that little orange seed.
When you receive God’s Word, you receive the life of whatever it talks about; whatever you’re hearing from God is the seed to produce in you, or for you, what it talks about. For example, when we preach and teach divine healing, the hearer receives the seed of healing and it produces healing and health. Likewise, when we teach God’s Word on the subject of finances, it produces the seed of financial blessings and miracles. That’s the power of God’s Word!
Christianity is no religion. Jesus Christ was the Word of God made flesh (John 1:14). We also were born again by the same seed (Word). That’s what we read in our opening verse. You have the same life as God Himself, because you’re born of the Word—God’s indestructible seed (1 Peter 1:23).
You’re not born of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God (John 1:13). This is what makes your origin divine. 1 John 4:4 says, “Ye are of God, little children…,” meaning that you hail from God; you’re a partaker of the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). Glory to God!
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7).
The Word of God is seed, and what do you do to a seed if you want it to produce a good harvest? You sow it in the right environment. Through meditation, you sow God’s Word into your heart. If you don’t sow the right seeds, weeds will grow of themselves. Your heart is God’s garden, and you can’t allow “weeds” to grow in it.
Weeds are wrong thoughts that are received into the heart. If you allow them, they’ll destroy the crop of God’s Word in your life. We see how this happens in the parable that Jesus gave about the sower who went forth to sow his seeds (Read Matthew 13:7, 22).
Make up your mind to only allow the right seeds in your heart, because as read in our theme verse, what you sow is what you reap. The Word in your heart will produce a harvest of the Word and great blessings in your life. Therefore, consciously sow the Word into your heart; set your heart for it.
As you study and meditate on the Scriptures, tell yourself, “I walk in truth; I walk in love; I walk in Christ; I walk by the Spirit. I have the Spirit of boldness. No sickness in my body; I walk in divine health, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ!”
These are perilous times; the Bible says, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come” (2 Timothy 3:1). We’re in that time that was spoken about, and only those who walk in the dominion of the Word, in the consciousness of their victory in and through the Word, will prevail.
So, learn the Word of God for yourself, for your life. Store it in your heart, and let it come out of your mouth, “…for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh” (Matthew 12:34).
“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.”
The verse above reveals an important principle in the Kingdom of God: sowing and reaping. Jesus also made reference to it in John 12:24, where He said, “Listen carefully: Unless a grain of wheat is buried in the ground, dead to the world, it is never any more than a grain of wheat. But if it is buried, it sprouts and reproduces itself many times over” (MSG). In other words, “Except you sow your seed, you have no reason to expect a harvest.”
This principle applies to everything about life, and it’s no respecter of age or status. The harvest a farmer gets is a direct result of the seeds he plants. Just as it is with the farmer, so it is with you. Your seed could come in different forms; it could be your time, talent, strength or any other gift God has blessed you with for a glorious life. But how great and glorious your life will be is hinged on what you do with your seed.
This is why it’s important that you give yourself to the service of God and humanity. You can’t put your best in the wrong things and expect to have a glorious life. Remember Paul’s words, “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows” (Galatians 6:7 NIV). So, give your best to God and His work; it’s your guarantee of a glorious future. Remember, the more you give, the more He adds to you, and the greater you become.
You don’t need to wait; you can call forth your harvest right away. That’s because harvest is anytime. “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease” (Genesis 8:22 NIV).
Notice, it says harvest and not harvest time; this means your harvest can be anytime. Anytime you release your faith, your harvest will come. That harvest is in your mouth; you can call it forth today. Just as nothing hindered you from sowing that seed, you ought to also declare that nothing will hinder your harvest. God already promised a multiplied harvest for you when you give, and His Word can’t be broken (Luke 6:38; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8).
Therefore, when you give, declare your harvest! Don’t speak unbelief or sit idly by with the mentality that “whatever will be, will be.” Keep speaking words of faith until the harvest of the seeds you’ve sown comes pouring down on you. Remember, “If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth…” (Ecclesiastes 11:3)
“Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness…”(2 Corinthians 9:10).
Whenever you give to God, He multiplies your seed and releases an abundant harvest to you. That’s His nature; He’s a multiplier. He never gives you back exactly what you gave to Him. He multiplies it and ensures that your storehouse bursts at the seams with an overflow of abundance (Proverbs 3:9-10). Jesus demonstrated this when He fed five thousand men (women and children not counted) with five loaves of bread and two fish.
The Bible records that the multitude had been with Him in a desert place for three days, listening to Him teach. His disciples got troubled and asked to send the people away so they could go into the neighbouring villages to get food (Matthew 14:15). But Jesus said to them, “They need not depart; give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes” (Matthew 14:16-17).
Naturally, five loaves of bread, no matter how big, and two fishes, no matter how large, certainly wouldn’t suffice to feed five thousand men (not including the women and children). But then, the Bible says, Jesus took the five loaves and two fishes in His hands and blessed them. When He did, the anointing came on the bread and the fish, and He asked the disciples to feed the multitude.
After they had eaten, twelve baskets full of bread and fish were gathered as leftovers (Mark 6:43). It stands to reason that the leftover twelve baskets went to the little boy, who volunteered his lunch with which the Master fed the multitude. He received more than enough, because he gave the Lord what he had, and the Lord multiplied it! Keep sowing your seeds and giving to God’s work, and He’ll see to it that you’re plugged into an unending supply. He’ll multiply your seeds sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
