As told to Say: June is the month of Dunamis.

Believers must set their eyes on becoming the leaders of their circles of influence. Believers must lead from a position of depth. This means leading from the closet where they pray and wait on the Lord for all those around them in full expression of their intercessory duty to all men. Believers must tarry in the word of God for wisdom and understanding that will help them lead their teams very well.

And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth (Matthew 28:18).

The Lord Jesus Christ has the dominion over all things, including men, angels, and demons; things in heaven, on earth and under the earth are subject to Jesus, and must obey His voice. As His representatives and ambassadors here on earth, He has in turn given us dominion over all things. He exercises His authority today through us—His Church—which is His body.

Ephesians 1:21, talking about the resurrected Christ, tells us that He’s seated in the heavenly realms, “Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age {and} in this world, but also in the age {and} the world which are to come” (AMPC). Here, the word “rule,” means two things: first, it means the authority that governs, and secondly, it means the decrees by which they govern. It refers to rulership and its rules. So, it makes no difference what rule has been made, Jesus is far above all rules. Notice that He’s set, not just above, or near above, but FAR above all rules. Hallelujah!

And then Philippians 2:9-11 says, “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” The Church really hasn’t used the Name of Jesus as it ought to. That Name opens every door. In His Name, you have power to cast out devils, tame the forces of nature, and mobilize angels to minister for you.

Christ has brought us into a life of extraordinary dominion. We’re not victims, but victors in this world. The Bible says, “…as he is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17). We function in His stead. He gave us the right, the power of attorney to act in His place! Whatever you declare in His Name, He makes it happen. Stop crying and begging God to do something about your case. Use the Name of Jesus! Exercise dominion over the circumstances of your life today and always be victorious.

And what is the exceeding greatness of his power…Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come (Ephesians 1:19-21).

In Ephesians 1:17-18, the Spirit, through the Apostle Paul, prayed a beautiful prayer for God’s people. As He progressed in the prayer, He showed us something about who Jesus really is, and expounds on the authority, power and dominion vested in His Name. Notice that God raised Jesus from the dead and set Him at His own right hand. “Right hand” isn’t a description of directional or geographical location; it implies the seat of power.

When you refer to someone as your right-hand man, what you mean is that he represents you; he has your authority to act in your stead. Jesus is in God’s seat. Where exactly is that? It says, “…in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come” (Ephesians 1:20-21). That’s where Jesus is—His position of authority.

Thus, the Name of Jesus Christ is above every power, every rulership, every government, and every authority. The Wuest translation gives us a more excellent rendering of Ephesians 1:21. It tells us that Jesus is “over and above every government and authority and power and lordship and every name that is constantly being named, not only in this age but also in the one about to come.”

No wonder the apostles used the Name of Jesus and ruled the world of their time. This is what Christians around the world must rediscover today: the power of the Name of Jesus. Learn to use that Name in all circumstances.

– Dominion through prayer (James 5:16)

– Dominion through faith proclamations (Hebrews. 13:5-6)

– Dominion through prophecy (1 Timothy. 1:18)

The bane of Christians who aren’t walking in victory and dominion isn’t their lack of faith; the reason is their lack of knowledge of God’s Word. This, therefore, means that as God’s children, we must keep making conscious efforts to learn and be taught the Word. If you have more accurate knowledge of the Word, you’ll live in victory and dominion every day of your life, irrespective of any adversity or challenge

Some people think and say that living in constant victory and dominion isn’t possible, and they’re wrong. To hold such a belief is to ignore what Jesus came to do. He came to give us the life and nature of God: the transcendent life. In John 10:10 (NIV), He said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.” He didn’t come to establish another religion, because the world already had enough of them before He came, and Christianity isn’t a religion. The Amplified Classic translation says He came that we might have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance—to the full, till it overflows.

Perhaps you never thought it was God’s idea for you to enjoy your life; now you know! But how can you enjoy life when things aren’t right with you? How can you enjoy life if you’re ignorant of all that He’s provided for you in Christ? This is why you must have a personal relationship with God and His Word, so you can know how to live in absolute victory every day.

The Word of God is able to build you up and cause you to live the kind of life God desires for you: a life above struggles and pains; a life of glory, righteousness, and dominion in Christ Jesus. You already have the victory!

For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

The literal translation of the word “reign” in the verse above is to “king” or “be king”; it’s the verb of kingship. So, you could actually say, “They which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall “king” or “be Kings” in life by Jesus Christ.”

Revelation 1:6 says He’s made us kings and priests unto God; and what do kings do? They rule and reign; they exercise authority and dominion over their realm. In the opening verse above, we reign in the realm of life.

Righteousness is the divine acquittal by faith, on the basis of the new creation in Christ Jesus. It’s a gift from God to the whole world, activated for those who receive and confess the Lordship of Jesus. They’re the ones to reign in life! The Amplified version says “…they shall reign as kings in life.”

Righteousness gives you dominion; righteousness-consciousness eliminates guilt, condemnation or inferiority, and places you above Satan and his accusations. It also gives you the boldness and confidence to pray to God and expect answers. You’re unafraid and unashamed before Him, because you have peace with Him through the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1).

Without an understanding of righteousness, you really can’t live victoriously over the adversary and adversities. You’ll be subject to the elements of this world, whereas you’re meant to rule and reign over them.

Become more conscious that you’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Stay and live in the Word. Declare in faith, “I’m a king and I reign in righteousness; I’m superior to Satan, his demons and circumstances.” By the power of Jesus Christ, the whole world is subdued before you. You have the dominion over Satan and the rulers of the darkness of this world! Glory to God!

  • The Lord says This month the strength of Zion shall be replenished.
  • Many shall mount upon wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
  • The Lord said the strength of Zion shall not fail in the days of adversity.
  • The Lord said He will open the doors that had long been shut by the angels to give believers an advantage of access into the corridors of power in various nations.
  • The Lord said no one should be perturbed for the taking home of one of His anointed ones with power. He said he has set a place for the Sun, and many shall fly very high as they look right into it.
  • The Lord said the feeble knees shall be made strong and the weak shall bring forth strength from deep void places.
  • The month of June shall bring many who are behind in queues right to the forefront and many who had been denied would be given a yes, this month.
