I started a new job

I started a new job in the Spring of 2025 and within a few months of starting, I began to mentor 2 female Physicians who are currently writing their licensing exams in North America. One of them currently works with my colleague as a support staff.

In August 2025, one of the two physician who is also mentored by my colleague asked me to have a look at her CV. I asked her to give me a few days to review the CV after which I offered her some suggestions and modifications to her CV. I also shared a CV format I got after my post graduate training with her.

Then, I shared a number of personal testimonies of how the Holy Spirit came through for me during my Post graduate training and also during medical school, how God saw us through the challenges of Medical accreditation in both Preclinical and Clinical school respectively . And how beginning from August 2008, graduates of my medical school had access to write foreign licensing exams and residency programs.

I shared a particular song we used to sing in the fellowship in Medical school ‘ it’s colourful and shinning bright, I will get there, my future is bright I will get there.

While I was sharing these testimonies with my Mentees, I had no Idea both had just received their exams results and both hadn’t passed the exam.

A few days later, the physician whose CV I reviewed and amended, sent me an email about her exams and how my testimonies and song encouraged her, because she had failed her recent exam. A few days later, she sent me another email to confirm she got a new job as an Executive Director of another organization.

Her Boss in her previous job, had recommended her for an Executive Director position. Even though the application had lapsed and just after I helped her modify her CV, the Holy Ghost gave her a new job as an Executive Director.

The Holy Spirit also gave me the idea to utilize AI to generate part 1 and part 2 sample exams for both Mentees to help them prepare ahead of their exams.
