I bought a land

I was awakened about midnight with a sense of urgency to send a particular amount of money to GSWMI on the 1st of August and I did.

5 days later, I met a friend who said he was going to check some properties in a prime area I had some time so I tagged along.

When we got there the seller look to me pointing at a corner piece land… this land goes for between #3.5m-#4m but I would sell to you for whatever amount you offer, she said.

I offered #500k, she said deal. I made the transfer and I just received documents of the purchase.
