All pending disciplinary issues suspended immediately

I reached out about a problem I had regarding my job. I am a registered nurse, by the way. I have twelve years of experience, and in all the hospitals I have worked, even during my training in Germany, I have always been regarded as one of the best. A patient died, and I got the blame for it from the attending physician. Truth be told, I followed his instructions to the letter and did everything I was supposed to do according to the case file. I cannot point to what the doctor insisted I did wrong, but I found myself suspended and my entire career came under review. A disciplinary panel was set up, and I found myself in danger of losing my job. It was the darkest hour of my life. I cried so much that I felt I would lose my mind. At a point, I started packing my bags with a determination to return to Ghana and start afresh. I reached out so that this hasty decision will not be another mistake I will regret. I just needed divine direction. Brother Gbenga listened to my voice note and replied with “There is no case against you. You will be recalled to work and your previous privileges will be reinstated.” The next morning, I got a call from the Medical Director. A Specialist surgeon I used to work with in another unit has specifically requested for me. All pending disciplinary issues were suspended immediately. I still can’t believe what had happened. Wow.
